Prayer Works

Why did I talk? Why did I say it? Who asked me? Oh my! I could have kept quiet! I did same thing yesterday! Why today again? Is it only me? God please help me! This man must not say it in class that I have pissed him off twice… Was the prayers mixed with regrets running through my head.
How will I explain to my course mates what just happened to me this morning? What if he comes to class and start downloading everything to the class was my greatest fear, But you know what? God works miraculously.
He sure came to class, and his first lecture was to address the issues that had transpired between us but then, he decided not to mention names and rather admonished us generally. Then the Holy Spirit made me understand that if I hadn’t misbehaved to him again that morning, I wouldn’t have had the opportunity of praying that prayer that actually saved me and he would have come to class and call me out so the class may know what I have done.
LESSON LEARNT:
Many a times we find ourselves in difficult situations that actually needed prayers immediately but then we feel its part of what will happen to us and we just overlook until it happens again before we now start moving from one pillar to post. My situation happened the second time so I could use prayers to shut the mouth of the person coming to badmouth me not because I am that kind of a person but because I had refused to pray hence the need for God to teach me how to war with prayers.
Don’t forget, A CLOSED MOUTH IS A CLOSED DESTINY.
