This is a major problem most people confront each and every day and the more I think about it, I’ve realised that it lands them into trouble more often than not. So today we’re gonna be talking about it.
What is this thing called anger?
We all know what anger is, and we’ve all felt it: whether as a fleeting annoyance or as full-fledged rage.
Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems either at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life. And it can make you feel as though you’re at the mercy of an unpredictable and powerful emotion.
Anger is a natural response to perceived threats. It causes your body to release adrenaline, your muscles to tighten, and your heart rate and blood pressure to increase. Your senses might feel more acute and your face and hands flushed.
Is it bad?
Anger isn’t always bad, but it must be handled appropriately. Consider the purpose anger serves and the best approach to anger management.
One thing most people failed to realise is that anger itself isn’t a problem, it’s how you handle it. Consider the nature of anger, as well as how to manage anger and what to do when you’re confronted by someone whose anger is out of control. Anger becomes a problem only when you don’t manage it in a healthy way.
So it’s not a bad thing to get angry?
Being angry isn’t always a bad thing. Being angry can help you share your concerns. It can prevent others from walking all over you. It can motivate you to do something positive. The key is managing your anger in a healthy way.

🌻 To you that you can’t control yourself, it’ll be better for you to change.
🌻 To you that when they tell you it’s enough, it’s okay, but no you wouldn’t listen until that evil desire inside of you is accomplished and you are filled with regrets.
🌻 To you that sparks at every slightest provocation, you need to change because someday, you might not be so lucky to get away with the aftermath.
🌻 To you that whenever you’re angry, no one dares move close to you or probably say a word as you could do worse. The earliest you change, the better for you and the less your days are ringing for the penitentiary.
