When it seems your life is falling apart,
And everything around you shakes and you quake,
When it seems you’re all alone and lonely,
You think your maker is stalling,
Even as you pray in the valley and on the mountain top.
To you, it may seem forever,
For your answer to come,
Never you give up on Him,
For He’s always there,
To see you through.
He is in control and always there,
He talks to you, but in your anxiety,
You fail to listen and to hear,
He sees your trials; your tribulations,
He sees and knows your every need,
He will answer, if only you can tarry.
For all things, there’s a season,
And His timing is always the time,
When God is in control of your life,
He will never be too late,
To take you to your expected ends.
No one can give you inner peace, but yourself. It is a choice you must make. Learn to be calm and listen when God talks to you. Do you know that after the “Revelation”, God is still talking? Yes, He talks, but we fail to listen; we ask questions, but in our anxiety to get results, we fail to hear from God.
We’re always asking, but never patient enough to hear what He’s saying to us.
Choose today, to live in His presence; this is the secret. When things change inside of you, things will automatically change around you; it is a divine principle.
If you find yourself in a state of depression, it means you are living in the past, if you are too anxious about life and how to be this and that, you are simply poking your finger into the veil covering the immediate future.
Peace of mind comes when you choose to live in the present; you let go and let God be in charge of your tomorrow.
Calmness is the lens to seeing the avalanche of opportunities around you. When you embrace peace and calmness, you will be able to see things change speedily in your situations.
“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
(Phillipians 4: 6-7)
